Essential oils are absorbed through the skin and inhaled during massage. They have been clinically shown to influence our mental or physical state. The physical manipulation of massage has two major functions, to increase blood flow and lymph circulation. This can help reduce muscle pain, relieve stress and anxiety, aid sleep, improve immune function and increases your flexibility and range of motion.

A range of different massage techniques are used to identify issues within the muscle. This deeper massage can loosen painful areas, helping to realign the layers of the muscle and connective tissue. This helps relieve pain, tense muscles, and flush out toxins.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage

£33 for 30 mins £53 for 1 hour.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage a specialised massage that reduces swelling, detoxifies and speeds up healing by stimulating Lymphatic flow. It can help support lymphedema, reduces post surgical bruising. It can also ease symptoms of fibromyalgia and boosts the immune system.

Natural Lift Aromatherapy Facial Massage

£30 or £110 for 4 sessions booked in advance.

The face is thoroughly cleansed and toned using Tropic products before an essential oil is used to massage using Japanese, Indian and acupressure techniques. The massage lifts the facial muscles, jawline, cheeks, and eyebrows. A mask is applied whilst the scalp is massaged before hot towels are used and a moisturiser is applied.

The sinus will feel clear and fresh, skin will look revived, the lymphatic drainage reduces puffiness. Results can last from 48 to 72 hours and clients will benefit from having a package of treatment over a period of weeks.

Aroma Foot Massage

£30 for 40 mins

After a relaxing wrap in peppermint, a foot scrub is applied to exfoliate, and a file is used to eliminate hard skin. A seaweed thermo-mask is smoothed onto the feet before they are placed in heated boots. A lower leg massage is performed whilst the mask gets to work. Finally, to finish this truly relaxing treatment the foot is massaged with essential oils using reflexology techniques.

Indian Head Massage

£27 for 30 mins

A massage of the head, neck, shoulders, back, upper arm and ending with the face, this massage is performed over clothing and aims to relieve stress, tension, calming the mind and promoting relaxation. This massage uses simple but effective techniques to achieve a relaxed state of mind and body. It also promotes good circulation to the scalp and hair which benefits the whole body.

Hot Stone Massage

£33 for 30 mins, £53 for 1 hour

Heated basalt stones are placed on the body and used to massage. This combined hydrotherapy with thermotherapy (essential oils can be added) to create a deeply relaxing and therapeutic treatment.

Eastern Warm Bamboo Massage

£33 for 30 mins, £53 for 1 hour

This treatment is performed with heated bamboo sticks of different lengths and thicknesses. Heated they are used to roll and knead the skin. This technique can provide a deeper tissue massage.

Hopi Ear Candling

£27 for 25 mins

Vaporising their ingredients, the Biosun ear candles cause a gentle suction action to sooth and balance ear pressure, gently massaging the ear drum and auditory canal to stimulate blood circulation a relaxing and therapeutic treatment.
